Witam

Quite a while ago I removed my rear passenger pegs and installed a NoMar bracket and plate setup to hold the reservoir and secure the black plastic piece. This setup has worked well for me and did the job it was intended to do.

Recently I decided to replace it with a HRC Moto3 style reservoir setup using Tygon tube, a Honda cap, some spring clamps and a nylon P clip to secure the tube. While I was at it I decided to make some new plates to replace the NoMar setup using 3.1mm thick carbon fiber and some stainless steel washers as spacers. This was the result:

Since I've had a Brembo pressure switch rattling around in my tool box for two years I decided to finally install it as well and remove the stock brake switch assembly. I cut the stock harness and soldered the pressure sensor wiring to it to keep it clean looking. I'll probably get a Woodcraft rear brake return spring setup soon, this way if I decide to change rearsets the rear brake is already setup.

So far I'm happy with the results, I rarely use my rear brake though, so the smaller brake fluid volume and pressure switch are fairly inconsequential to me.

If there's enough interest, I may start making kits including the carbon fiber plates, 30cm+ of 8mm Tygon tube, clips, cap, P-clip and stainless hardware (metric) and offering them for sale. I'd need around 20 buyers to move forward though.

I have another design for the plates I'm working on to see how they turn out and if they function as well. Might have them done by the end of the month (holidays this week here).
Czy ta rurka nie jest za blisko wydechu, bo jeśli tak to chyba może się stopić od temp. a to nie będzie za ciekawe jak płyn wywali na koło podczas jazdy.
Sam pomysł ciekawy Red_icon_cheesygrin
I thought about that, which is why I tested beforehand. I had taped a piece of Tygon 2375 I had laying around in the approximate position, no issues. I made some small changes after getting home today, mostly to make it look better and simpler. You can see I shortened the tube and am now using the P clip to secure the cap as well as holding the tube to the heat shield.

The tube has a maximum recommended operating temp of 54° C. While the exhaust pipes may get hot, the tube isn't close enough to be at risk of melting due to air circulation around it.
It's definitely more secure now, no lateral or vertical movement at all.

My dealer can get the Graves rear brake return spring for a decent price, so I ordered one yesterday.

Now just waiting to get a Triumph front reservoir.

Later I'll get some Fren Tubo Carbotech brake lines to replace the stock lines.
Reworked things again... added a Graves return spring and changed the footpeg removal plates to shouldered buttons I made from the leftover carbon fiber plate. Just waiting for the smaller front reservoir to arrive.

Finally got the front reservoir yesterday and installed it.

A RN23 nie ma świateł awaryjnych ??
Nope, no hazard lights, no parking lights (ACC on the ignition), no flash to pass, no immobilizer, restricted air intake, and reduced throttle opening past 11.500 RPM's.
Little update, installed a lightweight rear rotor and underslung caliper setup this weekend. Pretty happy with it so far, although I rarely use my rear brake. The big advantage is the weight loss on the rotor and reducing the caliper weight and putting it below the axle.

Total weight for the new rear brake setup is 1kg. The stock rotor is 0.9kg to give a small comparison.
Zacisk jak zacisk, ale jaki zajebisty rower widać w tle Red_icon_cheesygrin
Dzienki. I'll get a pic of it tomorrow for you. It's an Intense 6.6 I had built for me back in 2007. Cost me a small fortune.
Here you go Koczis
