Get a Sprint filter instead. K&N filters are garbage, unless you really hate your engine.
Why U think so?
I've owned a few of them and they let a lot of junk into the engine (both cars and bikes). Sure they flow a little more air, but at the cost of letting a lot of debris in. This isn't opinion either, there are lots of of people here who have had the same results. Most guys here run the stock filter since it flows a good amount of air and filters very well. Sprint is one of the few that's recommended, it passes some particles, but not nearly as bad as K&N.

Don't believe the K&N hype. HiFlo Filtro makes better oil filters and OEM and Sprint make better air filters.

I'll try to find this website where they did testing on a lot of car air filters including K&N. It was pretty surprising.

Found the data: http://www.billswebspace.com/AirFilterTest.htm

By safety valve I assume you mean bypass valve, yes, HiFlo has that. The racing line even has the same nut, in fact they make K&N's oil filters for them, but K&N specifies their own filter element which isn't as good as the HiFlo element.

What U think about original Yamalube oil filter?
I think they're good. I just did oil analysis on Yamalube oil with OEM oil filter and it came out with good results. They told me I could run the oil for 10.000 km with no issues, I had 7.000 km on it when I changed it. I changed to AmsOil 10w40 and an AmsOil EA oil filter to see how it does compared to Yamalube and OEM oil filter. I can post the results if you're interested as well as the future oil analysis when I change the AmsOil in about 8.500 km.

Something I find interesting, Power Commander lists quite a few maps and in many cases states stock or aftermarket air filter on their maps. This tells me the aftermarket filters such as K&N aren't flowing enough air over stock for them to change the map. This means you're basically just getting the advantages of a reusable filter. If this is the case, why get one that requires cleaner and oil when you can get a dry filter you just blow out with air? Just my thoughts.
You can get a new one on eBay for about 300 zł shipped. Not sure what a "good price" is to you.
